Vernon Tabor Jr. serves as President of the Oakley-White Foundation and provides strategic leadership for the organization’s mission, growth, and long-term vision. He is committed to advancing workforce readiness, financial literacy, and economic opportunity through programs that empower individuals and strengthen communities.

Michelle Oakley-Honoré

Vice President & Director

Michelle Oakley-Honoré serves as Vice President of the Foundation and supports organizational leadership, governance, and strategic planning. She is dedicated to helping expand access to educational and economic opportunities that promote individual and community success.

Roland Williams

Treasurer & Director

Roland Williams serves as Treasurer of the Foundation and provides oversight of financial stewardship, fiscal accountability, and long-term sustainability. He helps ensure that organizational resources are managed responsibly and in alignment with the Foundation’s mission.

Dominique Williams-Cox

Secretary & Director

Dominique Williams-Cox serves as Secretary of the Foundation and supports organizational governance, recordkeeping, and board operations. She is committed to maintaining transparency, accountability, and strong organizational practices that support effective community impact.
