Program Development & Pilot Launch

The Oakley-White Foundation is currently preparing for the launch of Ignite Success Pathways, our flagship workforce readiness and economic mobility initiative.

During this foundational phase, we are focused on curriculum development, partnership cultivation, program evaluation design, and resource acquisition to ensure the program is implemented with quality, accountability, and measurable impact.

Our pilot launch will allow us to refine program delivery, assess participant outcomes, and establish a scalable model that can expand access to workforce readiness, financial literacy, and career pathway opportunities across California, Colorado, and Texas.
